i found the hotel's location convenient near the central station. the staff was helpful with directions and information. breakfast offered many options. i was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the modern amenities. i appreciated the efficient check-in process and the availability of luggage storage after checkout.
I found the corridors to be a bit of a maze.

The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment, with options for various dietary needs. It included swedish specialties. i saw a modern coffee machine providing various specialty coffees. the restaurant staff were attentive and ensured tables were cleared quickly.

The breakfast was quite good. It was busy on a Sunday morning, but the staff continued to smile. I had a nice room with a mini-balcony. It was good to let some fresh air in. The room felt quiet and cozy.
Appliances in the room were quite minimal. There was no kettle provided, etc.

The reception staff always provided very friendly, helpful service. Isabella and co at the reception were always very helpful. They provided directions and assisted with all my requests.
